On the 20th October 2011, a meeting of Directors and Shareholders of the company Peter Brock Foundation Pty Ltd, was held at the offices of Robert J Nixon and Associates Accountants. Where it was agreed that Peter Brock Foundation Pty Ltd in accordance with Clause 9 of the Trust Deed, would resign as the trustee of the Peter Brock Foundation and an independent trustee be appointed.
Statement by the new trustee;
The Peter Brock Foundation will continue in accordance with what can only be described as the wishes of the late Peter Brock. Robert J Nixon and Associates will do the utmost to see that the foundation is conducted appropriately, and in accordance with both the rules and guidelines required for such an organisation helping those in need and making a difference.
